Hey! I’m Kristin, a mom, wife, and holistic gluten-free coach helping families adjust to the gluten-free lifestyle.
After working through my son’s dietary issues, I made it my mission in life to learn as much as possible about nutrition. Thereafter I became fascinated by how the body responds to certain foods and habits.
In July of 2021 I graduated from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and began helping other families help navigate their gluten-free diet.
